Item Удосконалення системи управління виробничим потенціалом ТОВ «Проектінвестбуд-КСД»(Національний лісотехнічний університет України, 2026-07-13) Вус Дмитро ОлеговичМетою роботи є обґрунтування теоретичних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення системи управління використанням виробничих потужностей підприємства в умовах ризику. Об’єктом дослідження є процес формування та використання виробничих потужностей підприємства в умовах ризику. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні аспекти управління використанням виробничого потенціалу підприємства в умовах ризику. У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти управління виробничим потенціалом підприємства в сучасних умовах господарювання. Розглянуто економічну сутність виробничого потенціалу, його складові елементи, фактори формування та особливості використання на підприємстві. Узагальнено сучасні підходи до оцінювання ефективності управління виробничим потенціалом та визначено його роль у забезпеченні конкурентоспроможності суб’єкта господарювання. Проведено аналіз організаційно-економічної діяльності ТОВ «Проектінвестбуд-КСД», досліджено стан та ефективність використання виробничого потенціалу підприємства. Оцінено забезпеченість підприємства матеріальними, трудовими та технічними ресурсами, виявлено основні проблеми та резерви підвищення ефективності їх використання. На основі результатів дослідження обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення системи управління виробничим потенціалом ТОВ «Проектінвестбуд-КСД». Запропоновано комплекс заходів, спрямованих на підвищення ефективності використання виробничих ресурсів, удосконалення процесів планування та контролю, оптимізацію структури виробничого потенціалу та зміцнення конкурентних позицій підприємства. The object of the research is the process of formation and utilization of the enterprise’s production potential. The subject of the research is the theoretical and practical aspects of managing the production potential of the enterprise. The qualification thesis examines the theoretical and practical aspects of managing the production potential of an enterprise under modern business conditions. The economic essence of production potential, its structural elements, formation factors, and specific features of its utilization at the enterprise are considered. Modern approaches to assessing the effectiveness of production potential management are summarized, and its role in ensuring the competitiveness of a business entity is determined. An analysis of the organizational and economic activities of LLC “Proektinvestbud-KSD” was conducted, and the state and efficiency of the enterprise’s production potential utilization were investigated. The provision of material, labor, and technical resources was assessed, and the main problems and reserves for increasing the efficiency of their use were identified. Based on the research results, directions for improving the production potential management system of LLC “Proektinvestbud-KSD” were substantiated. A set of measures aimed at increasing the efficiency of production resource utilization, improving planning and control processes, optimizing the structure of production potential, and strengthening the competitive position of the enterprise was proposed. The economic efficiency of the proposed measures and the prospects for their practical implementation were determined. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства. Предметом дослідження виступають економічні відносини, що виникають у процесі формування, оцінки та забезпечення фінансової стійкості підприємства. У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства, визначено її сутність, значення та роль у забезпеченні стабільного функціонування й розвитку суб’єкта господарювання. Проведено комплексне дослідження господарської діяльності ПП «ВебТехнології», здійснено аналіз основних фінансово-економічних показників підприємства, оцінено абсолютні показники фінансової стійкості та визначено її тип. На основі результатів аналізу виявлено основні проблеми та фактори, що впливають на фінансову стійкість підприємства. The object of the study is the process of managing the financial stability of an enterprise. The subject of the study comprises the economic relations that arise in the process of forming, assessing, and ensuring the financial stability of an enterprise. The thesis examines the theoretical and practical aspects of managing the financial stability of an enterprise, defines its essence, significance, and role in ensuring the stable functioning and development of a business entity. The theoretical and methodological foundations of financial stability management, as well as methods for analyzing and assessing its level, are considered. A comprehensive study of the economic activity of PE “Web-Technologies” was conducted. The main financial and economic indicators of the enterprise were analyzed, absolute indicators of financial stability were assessed, and its type was determined. Based on the results of the analysis, the main problems and factors affecting the enterprise’s financial stability were identified. The study substantiates directions for improving the mechanisms of financial stability management. In particular, the integration of a balanced scorecard system into the financial controlling of PE “Web-Technologies” is proposed, which will enhance the effectiveness of managerial decisions and strengthen financial stability. Recommendations are developed for the formation of a marketing department to expand market opportunities and increase competitiveness. An effective discount system aimed at stimulating sales and increasing sales volumes is also proposed. The implementation of the proposed measures will ensure the strengthening of the enterprise’s financial position, increase its profitability, solvency, and competitiveness in a market environment. Мета роботи: розроблення теоретичних засад і практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення системи операційного менеджменту ТОВ «Проектінвестбуд-КСД» з урахуванням сучасних принципів управління, цифрових технологій та вимог конкурентного середовища. ABSTRACT Subject of research: the operational management system of a design and construction company. Objective of the work: to develop theoretical foundations and practical recommendations for improving the operational management system of Proektinvestbud-KSD LLC, taking into account modern management principles, digital technologies, and the requirements of a competitive environment. Research results: the theoretical foundations of project management were analyzed; the current state and potential for improving project management at Proektinvestbud-KSD LLC were examined in the context of the risks and uncertainties of martial law. The research findings will enable Proektinvestbud-KSD LLC to transition from administrative management of production capital to modern adaptive methods of operational management. This involves the mobilization of modern equipment, the migration of the project workflow to online ecosystems with payment for services based on actual usage duration, the transition to direct “day-to-day” contracts with manufacturers of basic construction raw materials and supplies, and the transformation of the personnel compensation system. ABSTRACT Subject of the study: the process of managing the use of wood forest resources in forestry enterprises of Ukraine. Objective of the work: to develop comprehensive recommendations for improving the system of managing the use of wood forest resources at the Galsillis State Forestry Enterprise to ensure sustainable forestry. Research results: the theoretical foundations of the use of wood forest resources were analyzed; the current state and potential opportunities for managing the use of wood forest resources at the Galsillis Forestry Enterprise were investigated. The research results will enable the Galsillis State Forestry Enterprise to transition from administrative management of timber resources to sustainable forest use based on the principles of the green economy. ABSTRACT Subject of research: the process of managing the wage system at the Regional Municipal Specialized Forestry Enterprise “Galsillis.” Objective of the work: based on an analysis of the existing wage system at the Regional Municipal Specialized Forestry Enterprise “Galsillis,” to develop a set of measures to improve it in order to increase employee motivation and the economic efficiency of the enterprise. Research results: The necessity of transitioning from a traditional hourly-bonus system to target-based management based on key performance indicators for managers and leading specialists of subsidiary enterprises is substantiated. A flexible approach to organizing the remuneration system is proposed by clustering the association’s subsidiaries into three management groups (stable/growing, medium-intensity, restructured/crisis). It is recommended to implement a unified corporate regulation for the use of civil law contracts. Забезпечення фінансової стабільності трейдингової діяльності потребує впровадження сучасних підходів до прогнозування споживання електроенергії та мінімізації небалансів. Для ТзОВ «Інвест Захід Логіст» модернізація системи управління енергетичними потоками є важливою передумовою підвищення конкурентоспроможності та зниження операційних ризиків. RESUME The bachelor's qualification thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, and a list of references containing 32 titles. The text is illustrated with 17 tables, charts, and figures. The relevance of the topic is determined by the need to improve the efficiency of energy trading enterprises under the conditions of liberalization of Ukraine’s electricity market, martial law, and high price volatility. Ensuring the financial stability of trading activities requires the introduction of modern approaches to forecasting electricity consumption and minimizing imbalances. For LLC “Invest Zakhid Logist,” modernization of the energy flow management system is an important prerequisite for increasing competitiveness and reducing operational risks. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations of strategic management of a logistics business in the energy resources market and to develop practical recommendations for implementing predictive trading in the activities of LLC “Invest Zakhid Logist.” To achieve this purpose, the following tasks were addressed: the features of energy trading and logistics flow management were studied; the financial and economic condition of the enterprise was analyzed; the level of imbalances and the causes of the operational crisis were assessed; strategic directions for development and the feasibility of implementing an ETRM system were substantiated; measures for digital transformation were developed and their economic evaluation was carried out. The object of the study is LLC “Invest Zakhid Logist” as a business entity engaged in energy trading activities. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological, and practical foundations for the formation and evaluation of the effectiveness of a predictive management system for the enterprise’s logistics, information, and financial flows. Thesis summarized the essence, interrelationships and scientific approaches to assessing the categories of "efficiency" and "effectiveness" of business; studied modern foreign experience and tools for managing corporate efficiency; provided an organizational and economic characteristic of LLC "Invest Zakhid Logist" and conducted a detailed analysis of its financial and economic condition for 2022 2025; developed strategic directions for diversifying the sales markets of logistics services and optimizing the company's costs; substantiated the feasibility of digitalizing the management system based on integrated ERP and CRM solutions, and also calculated the expected economic effect of the proposed measures. Об’єкт дослідження – АГРОШЛЯХБУД-32 товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю. Предмет дослідження – теоретико-методичні підходи та прикладні аспекти формування та реалізації системи контролінгу на шляхобудівельному підприємстві. Методи дослідження: індукція, дедукція, порівняння, узагальнення, комплексний підхід, фінансовий аналіз, SWOT-аналіз, метод експертного оцінювання. Результати дослідження: у першому розділі описано теоретичні основи розроблення системи контролінгу на підприємстві шляхом врахування особливостей стратегічного та оперативного контролінгу та виокремлення ключових елементів системи. У другому розділі проаналізовано результати основних видів діяльності об’єкту дослідження, оцінено фінансовий стан ТОВ «АГРОШЛЯХБУД-32» за 2023-2025 рр. та виконано SWOT-аналіз поточного стану та перспективних тенденцій розвитку шляхобудівельного підприємства в найближчі роки. У третьому розділі досліджено інструментарій стратегічного та оперативного контролінгу та специфіку розроблення сценаріїв розвитку підприємства, запропоновано методичні підходи до складання операційних бюджетів, алгоритм розроблення бюджетів і фінансових планів. Обґрунтовано доцільність створення служби контролінгу ТОВ «АГРОШЛЯХБУД-32» та описано основні завдання працівників новоствореного структурного підрозділу об’єкту дослідження. Розроблено практичні рекомендації керівництву шляхобудівельного підприємства щодо удосконалення ефективності управління, підвищення прибутковості та рентабельності. Практичні заходи, запропоновані керівництву ТОВ «АГРОШЛЯХБУД-32», мають прикладний характер і можуть бути використані для формування та впровадження системи контролінгу на підприємстві та удосконалення стратегічного управління. Development of a controlling system at an enterprise (LLC “AGROSHLYAKHBUD-32” case study) The purpose of the bachelorʼs qualification work is to study theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of controlling at an enterprise and to develop practical recommendations for the implementation of the controlling system at LLC “AGROSHLYAKHBUD-32”. The case study is the Limited Liability Company AGROSHLYAKHBUD-32. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological approaches and applied aspects of the formation and implementation of a controlling system at a road construction enterprise. Research methods: induction, deduction, comparison, generalization, comprehensive approach, financial analysis, SWOT analysis, expert evaluation method. Research results: the first chapter describes the theoretical foundations of the development of a controlling system at an enterprise by taking into account the features of strategic and operational controlling and identifying key elements of the system. The second chapter analyzes the results of the main activities of the case study, assesses the financial condition of LLC “AGROSHLYAKHBUD-32” for 2023-2025 and performs a SWOT-analysis of the current state and prospective trends in the development of the road construction enterprise in the coming years. The third chapter examines the tools of strategic and operational controlling and the specifics of preparing enterprise development scenarios, proposes methodological approaches to drawing up operating budgets, an algorithm for developing budgets and financial plans. Practical recommendations are developed for the management of the road construction enterprise to improve management efficiency, increase profitability and profitability. Practical measures proposed to the management of 7 LLC “AGROSHLYAKHBUD-32” are of an applied nature and can be used to form and implement a controlling system at the enterprise and improve strategic management. The activities of LLC “Chumak” are analyzed, including the organization of trade services, dynamics of economic indicators, and features of customer base formation and loyalty. The study proposes directions for improving customer loyalty management, including the development of an innovative loyalty program “Chumak Bonus”, improvement of communication channels, and enhancement of customer interaction efficiency. У роботі розглянуто теоретико-методологічні засади менеджменту якості послуг, визначено підходи до оцінювання якості дистанційного обслуговування, а також охарактеризовано стандартизацію та нормативне забезпечення у сфері контакт-центрів. Проаналізовано систему менеджменту та якість послуг підприємства, досліджено механізми функціонування сучасних контакт-центрів, визначено основні загрози та виклики їх діяльності, а також здійснено оцінку ефективності діючої системи управління якістю послуг. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення системи менеджменту якості, зокрема впровадження інтелектуальної системи управління на основі ШІ аналітики, розвиток клієнтоорієнтованих моделей обслуговування H2H та CX, а також підвищення рівня задоволеності клієнтів. ABSTRACT The bachelor's thesis examines the improvement of the quality management system of a contact center (based on the materials of LLC “A.R.S.I.”). The paper considers the theoretical and methodological foundations of service quality management, identifies approaches to evaluating the quality of remote services, and characterizes standardization and regulatory support in the field of contact centers. The management system and service quality of the enterprise are analyzed, including mechanisms of functioning of modern contact centers, key challenges of their operation, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the existing quality management system. The study proposes directions for improving the quality management system, including the implementation of an intelligent system based on AI analytics, development of customer-oriented service models (H2H and CX), and increasing customer satisfaction. У роботі розглянуто теоретико-методологічні основи організації серійного виробництва, визначено особливості високотехнологічного виробництва та охарактеризовано методи управління серійними виробничими процесами в умовах сучасного розвитку оборонно-промислового комплексу. Проаналізовано фінансово-економічну діяльність і виробничий потенціал підприємства, оцінено ефективність управління серійним виробництвом та досліджено вплив високотехнологічних рішень, зокрема безпілотних систем, на розвиток виробничих процесів. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення управління серійним виробництвом, зокрема впровадження цифрової системи управління виробництвом (MES), оптимізацію виробничих процесів та розширення сфер використання високотехнологічної продукції у мирних цілях. ABSTRACT The bachelor's thesis examines the management of serial production of high tech products (based on the materials of LLC “Gurzuf Defense”). The paper considers the theoretical and methodological foundations of serial production organization, identifies the features of high-tech manufacturing, and characterizes management methods for serial production processes in the context of the modern defense industry. The financial and economic activity and production potential of the enterprise are analyzed, the efficiency of serial production management is evaluated, and the impact of high-tech solutions, including unmanned systems, on production development is studied. The study proposes directions for improving production management, including the implementation of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), optimization of production processes, and expansion of the use of high-tech products for civilian purposes.
