Abstract
Метою кваліфікаційної роботи бакалавра є дослідження теоретико
методичних підходів до фінансового планування на підприємстві та
розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності
управління діяльністю комунального підприємства.
Об’єкт дослідження – комунальне підприємство «Оброшин».
Предмет дослідження – теоретико-методичні підходи та прикладні
аспекти виконання фінансового планування на комунальному підприємстві.
Методи дослідження: узагальнення, систематизація, порівняння,
комплексний підхід, фінансовий аналіз, PESTEL-аналіз.
Результати дослідження: у першому розділі досліджено теоретико
методичні основи фінансового планування на підприємстві; у другому розділі
охарактеризовано об’єкт дослідження, проаналізовано результати фінансової
діяльності комунального підприємства за 2023-2025 роки та виконано
PESTEL-аналіз впливу чинників зовнішнього середовища та тенденцій
розвитку КП «Оброшин»; у третьому розділі розглянено доцільність
впровадження природоорієнтованих рішень у діяльність КП «Оброшин» і
запропоновано практичні рекомендації щодо удосконалення фінансового
планування діяльності обʼєкту дослідження.
Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається зі вступу, трьох розділів,
висновків, списку використаної літератури та додатків. Робота містить 18
таблиць, 2 рисунки та 31 літературне джерело.
ABSTRACT
Taravska S.R. Improving Financial Planning at the Enterprise (Municipal
Enterprise “Obroshyn” case study).
The purpose of the bachelor’s qualification paper is to study theoretical and
methodological approaches to financial planning at the enterprise and to develop
practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of management of a
municipal enterprise’s activities.
The municipal enterprise “Obroshyn” is a case study. The subject of the
research is theoretical and methodological approaches and applied aspects of
implementing financial planning at a municipal enterprise.
Research methods include generalization, systematization, comparison,
comprehensive approach, financial analysis, and PESTEL-analysis.
Research results: the first chapter examines the theoretical and
methodological foundations of financial planning at the enterprise; the second
chapter characterizes the case study, analyzes the results of the financial activities of
the municipal enterprise for 2023-2025, and conducts a PESTEL-analysis of the
impact of external factors and development trends of the municipal enterprise
“Obroshyn”; the third chapter considers the feasibility of implementing nature-based
solutions in the activities of the municipal enterprise “Obroshyn” and presents
practical recommendations for improving the financial planning of the case study.
The bachelor’s qualification paper consists of an introduction, three chapters,
conclusions, references, and appendices. The paper contains 18 tables, 2 figures, and
31 literature sources.
