Abstract
Метою кваліфікаційної роботи бакалавра є вивчення теоретичних основ
розроблення системи управління інформаційним забезпеченням діяльності
підприємства та надання практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності
управління ТзОВ «Кіберсофт технології».
Об’єкт дослідження – товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю
«Кіберсофт технології». Предмет дослідження – теоретичні основи, методичні
підходи та практичні аспекти розроблення та реалізації системи інформаційного
забезпечення на підприємстві. Методи дослідження: синтез, аналогія,
конкретизація, порівняння, узагальнення, спостереження, фінансовий аналіз.
Результати дослідження: у першому розділі описано особливості
управління інформаційним забезпеченням основних видів діяльності підприємства,
досліджено зміст поняття «економічна безпека» та ключові елементи системи
управління економічною безпекою підприємства. У другому розділі оцінено
фінансовий стан ТзОВ «Кіберсофт технології» за 2023-2025 рр. та проведено
порівняльний аналіз методичних підходів до формування економічної безпеки
підприємства. У третьому розділі розроблено модель системи управління
інформаційним забезпеченням об’єкту дослідження та надано практичні
рекомендації керівництву з підвищення ефективності управління та посилення
економічної безпеки ТзОВ «Кіберсофт технології».
Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається зі вступу, трьох розділів,
висновків, списку використаної літератури та додатків. Робота містить 11 таблиць,
15 рисунків та 37 літературних джерел.
ABSTRACT
Dzhebzhenyak V.M. Management of information support of the enterpriseʼs
activities (LLC “Cybersoft Technologies” case study)
The purpose of the bachelorʼs qualification work is to study the theoretical
foundations of the development of a system for managing the information support of the
enterpriseʼs activities and to provide practical recommendations for improving the
management efficiency of LLC “Cybersoft Technologies”.
The Limited Liability Company “Cybersoft Technologies” is a case study. The
subject of the study is the theoretical foundations, methodological approaches and
practical aspects of the development and implementation of an information support
system at the enterprise. Research methods: synthesis, analogy, specification,
comparison, generalization, observation, financial analysis.
Research results: the first chapter describes the features of information support
management of the main types of enterprise activities, the content of the concept of
“economic security” and key elements of the enterpriseʼs economic security management
system are examined. The second chapter assesses the financial state of LLC “Cybersoft
Technologies” for 2023-2025 and conducts a comparative analysis of methodological
approaches to the formation of the enterpriseʼs economic security. In the third chapter, a
model of the information management system of the case study is developed and practical
recommendations are provided to improve the efficiency of management and strengthen
the economic security of LLC “Cybersoft Technologies”.
The bachelor's qualification work consists of an introduction, three chapters,
conclusions, references37 and appendices. The work contains 11 tables, 15 figures and
34 literary sources.
