Abstract
Дипломна робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків та
списку використаних джерел, який містить 32 найменування. Текст роботи
ілюстровано 17 таблицями, схемами та рисунками.
Актуальність теми зумовлена необхідністю підвищення ефективності
функціонування підприємств-енерготрейдерів в умовах лібералізації ринку
електричної енергії України, воєнного стану та високої цінової
волатильності. Забезпечення фінансової стабільності трейдингової діяльності
потребує впровадження сучасних підходів до прогнозування споживання
електроенергії та мінімізації небалансів. Для ТзОВ «Інвест Захід Логіст»
модернізація системи управління енергетичними потоками є важливою
передумовою підвищення конкурентоспроможності та зниження операційних
ризиків.
Метою дослідження є обґрунтування теоретико-методичних засад
стратегічного управління логістичним бізнесом на ринку енергоресурсів та
розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо впровадження предиктивного
трейдингу в діяльності ТзОВ «Інвест Захід Логіст».
Для досягнення поставленої мети було вирішено такі завдання:
досліджено особливості енерготрейдингу та логістичного управління
потоками; проаналізовано фінансово-господарський стан підприємства;
оцінено рівень небалансів та причини операційної кризи; обґрунтовано
стратегічні напрями розвитку та доцільність впровадження ETRM-системи;
розроблено заходи цифрової трансформації та здійснено їх економічне
оцінювання.
Об’єктом дослідження є ТзОВ «Інвест Захід Логіст» як суб’єкт
господарювання, що здійснює енерготрейдингову діяльність. Предметом
дослідження є теоретико-методичні та практичні засади формування й
оцінювання ефективності системи предиктивного управління логістичними,
інформаційними та фінансовими потоками підприємства.
RESUME
The bachelor's qualification thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters,
conclusions, and a list of references containing 32 titles. The text is illustrated with
17 tables, charts, and figures.
The relevance of the topic is determined by the need to improve the
efficiency of energy trading enterprises under the conditions of liberalization of
Ukraine’s electricity market, martial law, and high price volatility. Ensuring the
financial stability of trading activities requires the introduction of modern
approaches to forecasting electricity consumption and minimizing imbalances. For
LLC “Invest Zakhid Logist,” modernization of the energy flow management
system is an important prerequisite for increasing competitiveness and reducing
operational risks.
The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical and
methodological foundations of strategic management of a logistics business in the
energy resources market and to develop practical recommendations for
implementing predictive trading in the activities of LLC “Invest Zakhid Logist.”
To achieve this purpose, the following tasks were addressed: the features of
energy trading and logistics flow management were studied; the financial and
economic condition of the enterprise was analyzed; the level of imbalances and the
causes of the operational crisis were assessed; strategic directions for development
and the feasibility of implementing an ETRM system were substantiated; measures
for digital transformation were developed and their economic evaluation was
carried out.
The object of the study is LLC “Invest Zakhid Logist” as a business entity
engaged in energy trading activities. The subject of the study is the theoretical,
methodological, and practical foundations for the formation and evaluation of the
effectiveness of a predictive management system for the enterprise’s logistics,
information, and financial flows.
