Abstract
Мета роботи – формування напрямів удосконалення процесу
управління. Для досягнення цієї мети в роботі були поставлені і вирішені
наступні завдання:
описати теоретичні засади управління експортно-імпортними операції
на рівні підприємства;
здійснити аналіз діяльності ТзОВ «Екосвіт»;
сформувати напрями удосконалення управління експортно-імпортними
операціями ТзОВ «Екосвіт»;
висновки та пропозиції
Об’єктом дослідження являється діяльність ТзОВ «Екосвіт».
Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методологічні та практичні засади
процесу управління експортно-імпортними операціями ТзОВ «Екосвіт».
Структура роботи: вступу, три розділи, висновки та пропозиції. Роботу
викладено на 37 сторінках, вона містить 16 таблиць, 8 рисунків. Список
використаних джерел включає 30 найменувань.
The purpose of the work is to form directions for improving the management
process. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set and solved in the work:
to describe the theoretical principles of managing export-import operations at
the enterprise level;
to analyze the activities of LLC "Ekosvit";
to form directions for improving the management of export-import operations
of LLC "Ekosvit";
conclusions and proposals
The object of the study is the activities of LLC "Ekosvit".
The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological and practical
principles of the process of managing export-import operations of LLC "Ekosvit".
Structure of the work: introduction, three sections, conclusions and proposals.
The work is presented on 37 pages, it contains 16 tables, 8 figures. The list of sources
used includes 30 names.
