Item Музей історії університету як медіаплатформа: інструменти популяризації бренду(НЛТУ України, 2026) Баглай Анна ДмитрівнаУ кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено університетський музей як сучасну медіаплатформу та інструмент популяризації бренду закладу вищої освіти. Розглянуто теоретичні засади функціонування університетських музеїв, їхню роль у збереженні історико-культурної спадщини, формуванні корпоративної ідентичності та репрезентації університету в інформаційному просторі. Проаналізовано інформаційний потенціал експозиції Музею історії Національного лісотехнічного університету України, охарактеризовано основні етапи розвитку лісової освіти на західноукраїнських землях, досліджено особливості інформаційного забезпечення виставкових стендів та галереї ректорів. Визначено можливості використання музейних ресурсів для створення медіаконтенту, реалізації студентських проєктів і практичної підготовки здобувачів освіти. Особливу увагу приділено інформаційно-комунікаційній діяльності музею, використанню соціальних мереж, контент-маркетингу, сторітелінгу та цифрових технологій у процесі популяризації бренду університету. Здійснено аналіз присутності музею в онлайн-середовищі, обґрунтовано необхідність розвитку вебресурсів і цифрових комунікацій. Практичним результатом роботи стало створення сайту музею історії університету як платформи для популяризації історичної спадщини та зміцнення бренду НЛТУ України. The bachelor’s qualification thesis examines the university museum as a modern media platform and an effective tool for promoting the brand of a higher education institution. The theoretical foundations of university museums, their role in preserving historical and cultural heritage, shaping corporate identity, and representing the university in the information space are analyzed. The information potential of the Museum of History of the Ukrainian National Forestry University is investigated. The main stages of forestry education development in Western Ukraine, the information support of exhibition stands, and the gallery of rectors are characterized. The possibilities of using museum resources for media content creation, student projects, and practical training are identified. Special attention is paid to the museum’s information and communication activities, including the use of social media, content marketing, storytelling, and digital technologies for university brand promotion. The museum’s presence in the online environment is analyzed, and the importance of developing web resources and digital communications is substantiated. The practical outcome of the research is the creation of a website for the university history museum as a platform for promoting historical heritage and strengthening the brand of the Ukrainian National Forestry University. У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено базу даних «Праці дослідників НЛТУ України» як складову електронного каталогу Науково-технічної бібліотеки НЛТУ України та розглянуто її роль у представленні наукового доробку університетської спільноти в сучасному інформаційному середовищі. Особливу увагу приділено можливостям бібліографічного обліку, систематизації та пошуку наукових документів у структурі електронного каталогу бібліотеки. У роботі проаналізовано теоретичні засади створення та функціонування бібліографічних баз даних у бібліотеках закладів вищої освіти, досліджено особливості організації електронного каталогу та визначено місце бази даних «Праці дослідників НЛТУ України» в системі електронних ресурсів Науково-технічної бібліотеки НЛТУ України. Здійснено аналіз структури, інформаційного наповнення, пошукових можливостей та особливостей використання бази даних для забезпечення доступу до наукових публікацій. На основі проведеного дослідження розроблено концепцію інтеграції бази даних із інституційним репозитарієм університету, запропоновано модель бази даних наукового доробку дослідників НЛТУ України та обґрунтовано використання інституційного репозитарію як основного середовища зберігання повнотекстових документів із подальшим доступом до них через електронний каталог за допомогою URI-посилань. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в комплексному дослідженні бази даних «Праці дослідників НЛТУ України», аналізі можливостей її інтеграції з інституційним репозитарієм та розробленні концептуальної моделі представлення наукового доробку університетської спільноти в єдиному інформаційному середовищі. Практичне значення ориманих результатів полягає у можливості використання запропонованих рекомендацій для вдосконалення бази даних «Праці дослідників НЛТУ України», розвитку електронного каталогу, упорядкування бібліографічної інформації та підвищення доступності наукового доробку університетської спільноти в електронному середовищі. The qualification thesis examines the database “Works of Researchers of the Ukrainian National Forestry University” as a component of the electronic catalog of the Scientific and Technical Library of the Ukrainian National Forestry University and analyzes its role in representing the scientific output of the university community in the modern information environment. Particular attention is paid to the possibilities of bibliographic control, systematization and retrieval of scientific documents within the structure of the library’s electronic catalog. The study analyzes the theoretical foundations of the creation and functioning of bibliographic databases in academic libraries, investigates the organizational features of the electronic catalog, and determines the place of the database “Works of Researchers of the Ukrainian National Forestry University” in the system of electronic resources of the Scientific and Technical Library of UNFU. The structure, information content, search capabilities and usage features of the database for providing access to scientific publications are examined. Based on the conducted research, a concept for integrating the database with the university’s institutional repository has been developed. A model of a database for the scientific output of UNFU researchers is proposed, and the use of URI links as a means of combining bibliographic and full-text information within a unified information environment is substantiated. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the comprehensive study of the database “Works of Researchers of the Ukrainian National Forestry University” as a component of the electronic catalog of the Scientific and Technical Library of UNFU and in the development of practical approaches to its integration with the university’s institutional repository. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of applying the proposed recommendations for improving the database “Works of Researchers of the Ukrainian National Forestry University”, developing the electronic catalog, organizing bibliographic information, and increasing access to the scientific output of the university community in the digital environment. У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено інформаційний контент як інструмент цифрової комунікації сучасної бібліотеки на прикладі діяльності Науково-технічної бібліотеки НЛТУ України. Розглянуто особливості формування, представлення та поширення бібліотечного контенту в цифровому середовищі, а також його роль у комунікації бібліотеки з користувачами. У роботі висвітлено теоретичні засади цифрової комунікації бібліотек, визначено сутність інформаційного контенту, його основні види, функції та особливості використання в діяльності сучасної бібліотеки. Окрему увагу приділено соціальним мережам як інструменту цифрової комунікації та сучасним способам популяризації бібліотечних ресурсів у мережевому середовищі. На основі проведеного дослідження здійснено аналіз цифрових комунікацій Науково-технічної бібліотеки НЛТУ України, зокрема офіційного вебсайту, електронного каталогу, інституційного репозитарію та сторінок бібліотеки у Facebook, Instagram і YouTube. Досліджено основні типи бібліотечних публікацій, особливості представлення нових надходжень, специфіку візуального оформлення контенту та рівень взаємодії аудиторії з інформаційними матеріалами бібліотеки. За результатами дослідження запропоновано практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення інформаційного контенту НТБ НЛТУ України в системі цифрових комунікацій. Розроблено модель представлення нових надходжень у цифровому середовищі, контент-план публікацій для соціальних мереж, тематичні рубрики та рекомендації щодо використання сучасних мультимедійних форматів бібліотечного контенту. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає у можливості використання запропонованих рекомендацій у діяльності Науково-технічної бібліотеки НЛТУ України для вдосконалення цифрової комунікації, розвитку інформаційного контенту, популяризації бібліотечних ресурсів та підвищення ефективності взаємодії з користувачами в цифровому середовищі. The qualification thesis explores information content as one of the key tools of digital communication in a modern library based on the activity of the Scientific and Technical Library of the Ukrainian National Forestry University. The study examines the features of creation, presentation and dissemination of library content in the digital environment, as well as its role in communication between the library and users. The theoretical foundations of digital communication in libraries are analyzed. The essence of information content, its main types, functions and specific features of use in modern library practice are defined. Particular attention is paid to social media as a tool of digital communication and to modern approaches to the promotion of library resources in the online environment. Based on the conducted research, the digital communication system of the Scientific and Technical Library of the Ukrainian National Forestry University has been analyzed, including the official website, electronic catalog, institutional repository, and the library’s pages on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. The main types of publications, approaches to presenting new acquisitions, visual design features of library content, and the level of user interaction with digital materials have been studied. As a result of the research, practical recommendations for improving the information content of the Scientific and Technical Library in the system of digital communications have been developed. A model for presenting new acquisitions in the digital environment, a content plan for social media publications, thematic content categories, and recommendations for using modern multimedia formats in library communication are proposed. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of applying the proposed recommendations in the activities of the Scientific and Technical Library of the Ukrainian National Forestry University for improving digital communication, developing information content, promoting library resources, and increasing the effectiveness of interaction with users in the digital environment.
