    The bachelor's thesis examines crisis management of a small business entity in the tourism sector (based on the materials of FOP Marusiak Kh.V.). The paper considers the theoretical and methodological foundations of crisis management, identifies the factors causing crisis phenomena in the tourism industry, and characterizes the methodological tools for diagnosing the probability of enterprise bankruptcy. The current state of small and medium-sized business development, particularly in the tourism industry, is analyzed. The features of functioning of FOP Marusiak Kh.V. are studied and its performance under conditions of an unstable external environment is evaluated. The study proposes directions for improving the crisis management system, including the formation of an anti-crisis development strategy, implementation of management decisions aimed at risk minimization, and increasing the efficiency of a small business entity in the tourism sector.
