    ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ПЛАНУВАННЯ ВИРОБНИЧО ГОСПОДАРСЬКОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ РАДЕХІВСЬКОГО НАДЛІСНИЦТВА ФІЛІЇ «КАРПАТСЬКИЙ ЛІСОВИЙ ОФІС» ДЕРЖАВНОГО СПЕЦІАЛІЗОВАНОГО ГОСПОДАРСЬКОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА «ЛІСИ УКРАЇНИ»

    Метою дипломної роботи є теоретико-методичні аспекти планування виробничо-господарської діяльності підприємств лісової галузі. Об’єкт дослідження – Радехівське надлісництво філії «Карпатський лісовий офіс» ДП «Ліси України». Методи дослідження: індукція, дедукція, порівняння, узагальнення, комплексний підхід, аналіз. Результати дослідження: у першому розділі досліджено теоретичні аспекти планування виробничо-господарської діяльності підприємства; у другому розділі проаналізовано результати фінансової та операційної діяльності Радехівського надлісництва філії «Карпатський лісовий офіс» ДП «Ліси України»; у третьому розділі обґрунтовано систему ключових показників ефективності на лісогосподарському підприємстві та розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо покращення планування виробничо-господарської діяльності об’єкту дослідження. Практичні заходи, запропоновані керівництву філії «Карпатський лісовий офіс», мають прикладний характер і можуть бути використані в стратегічному управлінні підприємством. Дипломна робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаної літератури та додатків. Робота містить 11 таблиць, 7 рисунків та 21 літературне джерело. Ключові слова: управління, планування, виробничо-господарська діяльність, фінансовий аналіз, ключові показники ефективності, фінансовий план. The purpose of the thesis is the theoretical and methodological aspects of planning of production and economic activities of enterprises in the forest industry. The object of the study is the Radekhiv Forestry Department of the Carpathian Forest Office branch of the State Specialized Economic Enterprise «Forests of Ukraine». Research methods: induction, deduction, comparison, generalization, integrated approach, analysis. Research results: the first chapter examines the theoretical aspects of planning of production and economic activities of the enterprise; the second chapters analyzes the results of financial and operational activities of the Radekhiv Forestry Department of the Carpathian Forest Office branch of the State Specialized Economic Enterprise “Forests of Ukraine”; the third chapter substantiates the system of key performance indicators at the forestry enterprise and develops practical recommendations for improving the planning of production and economic activities of the case study. Practical recommendations proposed to the management of the Carpathian Forest Office branch are of an applied nature and can be used in the strategic management of the enterprise. The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, references and appendices. The paper contains 11 tables, 7 figures and 21 literary sources.
