| dc.description.abstract | Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження теоретичних і практичних аспектів управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства та розроблення рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності її забезпечення. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства. Предметом дослідження виступають економічні відносини, що виникають у процесі формування, оцінки та забезпечення фінансової стійкості підприємства. У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства, визначено її сутність, значення та роль у забезпеченні стабільного функціонування й розвитку суб’єкта господарювання. Проведено комплексне дослідження господарської діяльності ПП «ВебТехнології», здійснено аналіз основних фінансово-економічних показників підприємства, оцінено абсолютні показники фінансової стійкості та визначено її тип. На основі результатів аналізу виявлено основні проблеми та фактори, що впливають на фінансову стійкість підприємства. У роботі обґрунтовано напрями вдосконалення механізмів управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства. Зокрема, запропоновано інтеграцію збалансованої системи показників у фінансовий контролінг ПП «ВебТехнології», що сприятиме підвищенню ефективності управлінських рішень та зміцненню фінансової стійкості. Розроблено рекомендації щодо формування маркетингового підрозділу підприємства з метою розширення ринкових можливостей та підвищення конкурентоспроможності. Також запропоновано ефективну систему знижок, спрямовану на стимулювання збуту продукції та збільшення обсягів реалізації. Реалізація запропонованих заходів забезпечить зміцнення фінансового стану підприємства, підвищення його прибутковості, платоспроможності та конкурентоспроможності в умовах ринкового середовища. The object of the study is the process of managing the financial stability of an enterprise. The subject of the study comprises the economic relations that arise in the process of forming, assessing, and ensuring the financial stability of an enterprise. The thesis examines the theoretical and practical aspects of managing the financial stability of an enterprise, defines its essence, significance, and role in ensuring the stable functioning and development of a business entity. The theoretical and methodological foundations of financial stability management, as well as methods for analyzing and assessing its level, are considered. A comprehensive study of the economic activity of PE “Web-Technologies” was conducted. The main financial and economic indicators of the enterprise were analyzed, absolute indicators of financial stability were assessed, and its type was determined. Based on the results of the analysis, the main problems and factors affecting the enterprise’s financial stability were identified. The study substantiates directions for improving the mechanisms of financial stability management. In particular, the integration of a balanced scorecard system into the financial controlling of PE “Web-Technologies” is proposed, which will enhance the effectiveness of managerial decisions and strengthen financial stability. Recommendations are developed for the formation of a marketing department to expand market opportunities and increase competitiveness. An effective discount system aimed at stimulating sales and increasing sales volumes is also proposed. The implementation of the proposed measures will ensure the strengthening of the enterprise’s financial position, increase its profitability, solvency, and competitiveness in a market environment.
