РОЗРОБЛЕННЯ СИСТЕМИ КОНТРОЛІНГУ НА ПІДПРИЄМСТВІ (ЗА МАТЕРІАЛАМИ ТОВ «АГРОШЛЯХБУД-32»)

| dc.description.abstract | Метою кваліфікаційної роботи бакалавра є дослідження теоретико методичних підходів до формування контролінгу на підприємстві та розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо впровадження системи контролінгу ТОВ «АГРОШЛЯХБУД-32». Об’єкт дослідження – АГРОШЛЯХБУД-32 товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю. Предмет дослідження – теоретико-методичні підходи та прикладні аспекти формування та реалізації системи контролінгу на шляхобудівельному підприємстві. Методи дослідження: індукція, дедукція, порівняння, узагальнення, комплексний підхід, фінансовий аналіз, SWOT-аналіз, метод експертного оцінювання. Результати дослідження: у першому розділі описано теоретичні основи розроблення системи контролінгу на підприємстві шляхом врахування особливостей стратегічного та оперативного контролінгу та виокремлення ключових елементів системи. У другому розділі проаналізовано результати основних видів діяльності об’єкту дослідження, оцінено фінансовий стан ТОВ «АГРОШЛЯХБУД-32» за 2023-2025 рр. та виконано SWOT-аналіз поточного стану та перспективних тенденцій розвитку шляхобудівельного підприємства в найближчі роки. У третьому розділі досліджено інструментарій стратегічного та оперативного контролінгу та специфіку розроблення сценаріїв розвитку підприємства, запропоновано методичні підходи до складання операційних бюджетів, алгоритм розроблення бюджетів і фінансових планів. Обґрунтовано доцільність створення служби контролінгу ТОВ «АГРОШЛЯХБУД-32» та описано основні завдання працівників новоствореного структурного підрозділу об’єкту дослідження. Розроблено практичні рекомендації керівництву шляхобудівельного підприємства щодо удосконалення ефективності управління, підвищення прибутковості та рентабельності. Практичні заходи, запропоновані керівництву ТОВ «АГРОШЛЯХБУД-32», мають прикладний характер і можуть бути використані для формування та впровадження системи контролінгу на підприємстві та удосконалення стратегічного управління. Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаної літератури та додатків. Робота містить 16 таблиць, 10 рисунків та 30 літературних джерела. Development of a controlling system at an enterprise (LLC “AGROSHLYAKHBUD-32” case study) The purpose of the bachelorʼs qualification work is to study theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of controlling at an enterprise and to develop practical recommendations for the implementation of the controlling system at LLC “AGROSHLYAKHBUD-32”. The case study is the Limited Liability Company AGROSHLYAKHBUD-32. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological approaches and applied aspects of the formation and implementation of a controlling system at a road construction enterprise. Research methods: induction, deduction, comparison, generalization, comprehensive approach, financial analysis, SWOT analysis, expert evaluation method. Research results: the first chapter describes the theoretical foundations of the development of a controlling system at an enterprise by taking into account the features of strategic and operational controlling and identifying key elements of the system. The second chapter analyzes the results of the main activities of the case study, assesses the financial condition of LLC “AGROSHLYAKHBUD-32” for 2023-2025 and performs a SWOT-analysis of the current state and prospective trends in the development of the road construction enterprise in the coming years. The third chapter examines the tools of strategic and operational controlling and the specifics of preparing enterprise development scenarios, proposes methodological approaches to drawing up operating budgets, an algorithm for developing budgets and financial plans. The feasibility of creating a controlling service for LLC “AGROSHLYAKHBUD-32” is substantiated and the main tasks of the employees of the newly created structural unit are described. Practical recommendations are developed for the management of the road construction enterprise to improve management efficiency, increase profitability and profitability. Practical measures proposed to the management of 7 LLC “AGROSHLYAKHBUD-32” are of an applied nature and can be used to form and implement a controlling system at the enterprise and improve strategic management. The bachelorʼs qualification work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, references and appendices. The work contains 16 tables, 10 figures and 30 literary sources.
