Abstract
Метою дипломної роботи є дослідження теоретико-методичних підходів
до формування контролінгу на підприємстві та розроблення практичних
рекомендацій щодо впровадження системи контролінгу ТзОВ «СЮРПРИЗ».
Об’єкт дослідження –
товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю
СЮРПРИЗ.
Предмет дослідження – теоретико-методичні підходи та прикладні аспекти
формування та розвитку системи контролінгу на підприємстві.
Методи дослідження: індукція, дедукція, порівняння, узагальнення,
комплексний підхід, аналіз.
Результати дослідження: у першому розділі досліджено теоретичні основи
формування та розвитку системи контролінгу на підприємстві; у другому розділі
проаналізовано результати фінансової та операційної діяльності об’єкту
дослідження та порівняно методичні підходи до управління діяльністю
транспортно-експедиторського підприємства; у третьому розділі запропоновано
механізм реалізації системи контролінгу ТзОВ «СЮРПРИЗ» та розроблено
практичні рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності управління.
Практичні заходи, запропоновані керівництву ТзОВ «СЮРПРИЗ», мають
прикладний характер і можуть бути використані в стратегічному управлінні
підприємством.
Дипломна робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку
використаної літератури та додатків. Робота містить 11 таблиць, 12 рисунків та 30
літературних джерела.
Ключові слова: управління, логістичні операції, механізм, фінансовий
аналіз, ключові показники ефективності, система контролінгу, процес прийняття
управлінських рішень.
The purpose of the thesis is to study the theoretical and methodological
approaches to the formation of controlling at the enterprise and to develop practical
recommendations for the implementation of the controlling system “SURPRISE” LLC
case study.
The object of research is “SURPRISE” Limited Liability Company.
The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological approaches and
applied aspects of the formation and development of the controlling system at the
enterprise.
Research methods: induction, deduction, comparison, generalization, integrated
approach, analysis.
Results of the study: in the first chapter the theoretical foundations of the
formation and development of the controlling system at the enterprise are investigated;
in the second chapter the results of financial and operational activities of the case study
are analyzed and methodological approaches to managing the activities of the freight
forwarding enterprise are compared; in the third chapter the mechanism for
implementing the controlling system of “SURPRISE” LLC is proposed and practical
recommendations for improving management efficiency are developed.
The practical measures proposed to the management of “SURPRISE” LLC are
of an applied nature and can be used in the strategic management of the enterprise.
The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, a list of
references and appendices. The thesis contains 11 tables, 12 figures and 30 references.
