Abstract
Метою дипломної роботи є побудова моделі розвитку інноваційного
потенціалу підприємства та розроблення рекомендацій щодо її успішної реалізації
на практиці.
Об’єкт дослідження – ТзОВ «ІНСТАЛПЛАСТ».
У магістерській роботі використано такі методи дослідження: системний,
концептуальний, ресурсний, результативний, порівняльний, діагностичний,
прогнозований, процесний та структурно-логічний, аналіз і синтез.
У першому розділі досліджено теоретико-методологічні основи управління
інноваційним потенціалом підприємства, зокрема основні складові та
перспективні напрями розвитку інновацій на промислових підприємствах.
У
другому
розділі
проаналізовано
фінансовий
стан
ТзОВ «ІНСТАЛПЛАСТ» та виконано порівняльний аналіз основних методичних
підходів до оцінювання інноваційного потенціалу підприємства.
У третьому розділі запропоновано модель управління інноваційним
потенціалом промислового підприємства та розроблено практичні рекомендації
керівництву ТзОВ «ІНСТАЛПЛАСТ» щодо підвищення ефективності діяльності.
Дипломна робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку
використаної літератури та додатків. Робота містить 11 таблиць, 7 рисунків та 39
літературних джерел.
Ключові слова: інноваційний потенціал, система управління, фінансовий
аналіз, оцінювання інноваційної діяльності, стратегія.
The aim of the master’s thesis is to create a model of the innovative potential
development for the industrial enterprise and to develop recommendations for its
successful implementation in practice.
The «INSTALPLAST LLC» is case study.
The following research methods were used in the master’s thesis: systemic,
conceptual, resource-based, results-based, comparative, diagnostic, predictive, process
based, structural-logical, analysis and synthesis.
The first chapter examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of
innovative potential management of an enterprise, in particular the main components
and prospective directions for the innovation development in industrial enterprises.
The second chapter analyses the financial state of «INSTALPLAST LLC» and
provides a comparative analysis of the main methodological approaches to assessing of
the innovative potential of an enterprise.
The third chapter proposes a model for innovative potential management of an
industrial enterprise and develops practical recommendations for the management of
«INSTALPLAST LLC» on improving the efficiency of its activities.
The master thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions,
references and appendices. The thesis contains 11 tables, 7 figures and 39 references.
