| dc.description.abstract | У межах нашої кваліфікаційної роботи було всебічно розглянуто особливості вегетативного розмноження найпоширеніших культиварів ялини європейської в умовах лісового розсадника. Проведений аналіз дії різних укорінювачів на формування кореневої системи стеблових живців трьох культиварів дав змогу визначити найбільш результативний стимулятор, оптимальний саме для цих рослинних форм. Окрім того, встановлено укорінювачі, що проявили високу ефективність у поєднанні з конкретними культиварами та різними типами субстратів. Паралельно здійснено добір найбільш придатних субстратів для вкорінення живців – як у поєднанні з росторегуляторами, так і без їхнього застосування. У дослідження були включені одно-, дво- та трикомпонентні субстрати як мінерального, так і органічного походження, що дало можливість оцінити їх вплив на процес укорінення та визначити найбільш ефективні варіанти. Within our qualification project, we conducted a comprehensive examination of the vegetative propagation features of the most common cultivars of Norway spruce under forest nursery conditions. The analysis of various rooting agents and their influence on root formation in stem cuttings of three cultivars made it possible to identify the most effective stimulator, optimally suited for these plant forms. Additionally, certain rooting agents were found to demonstrate particularly high efficiency when used with specific cultivars and on different types of substrates. At the same time, we selected the most suitable substrates for rooting – both in combination with rooting stimulators and without them. The study included one-, two-, and three-component substrates of both mineral and organic origin, which enabled us to assess their influence on the rooting process and determine the most effective options. | |
