Abstract
ФУРГАЛО Б.Г. Бізнес модель сталого розвитку ПП “ЛІФТ-ЗАХІД". Кваліфікаційна робота для здобуття освітнього ступеня «Магістр». Галузь знань 05 Соціальні та поведінкові науки. Спеціальність 051 Економіка. Освітньо-професійна програма «Економіка сталого бізнесу». – Львів, НЛТУ України. – 2025.
Об'єкт дослідження – процес трансформації бізнес-моделі малого підприємства для інтеграції принципів сталого розвитку і посилення його конкурентоспроможності.
Предмет дослідження – теоретико-методологічні засади та практичні інструменти бізнес-моделювання на засадах сталого розвитку.
Мета роботи – розробити бізнес-модель сталого розвитку для відновлення фінансової стійкості підприємства ПП "ЛІФТ-ЗАХІД" і дотримання вимог сталого розвитку.
Робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, переліку використаних джерел і додатків. Методи дослідження: системний підхід, економічний аналіз, SWOT- і TOWS-аналіз, канва бізнес-моделі, трирівнева канва бізнес-моделі.
У першому розділі висвітлено теоретико-методичні засади бізнес-моделювання, розкрито сутність бізнес-моделей, еволюцію концепції, ключові компоненти моделі. У другому розділі проаналізовано виробничо-господарську діяльність ПП "ЛІФТ-ЗАХІД" і діючу бізнес-модель підприємства. У третьому розділі розроблено бізнес-модель сталого розвитку ПП "ЛІФТ-ЗАХІД" з інтеграцією трьох рівнів сталості. Запропоновано стратегічні зміни у всіх дев'яти блоках канви бізнес-моделі. Виконано порівняльний аналіз канви бізнес-моделі: діюча vs. цільова. Ці напрацювання щодо трансформації бізнес-моделі відповідно до цілей сталого розвитку містять елементи наукової новизни.
Робота містить 86 сторінок, 3 розділи, 13 таблиць, 3 рисунки, 2 додатки, 47 джерел.

The object of the study is a process of transformation of the small enterprise business model for integration of sustainable development principles and strengthening competitiveness.
The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical tools for business modeling based on sustainable development.
The purpose of the work is to develop a business model for sustainable development to restore the financial stability of PE "LIFT-ZAKHID" and sustainability.
Research methods: systemic approach, financial analysis, SWOT and TOWS analysis, methodology of business model canvas, triple-layered business model canvas, financial modeling.
The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, references and appendices. The first chapter considers theoretical and methodological foundations of business modeling, reveals the essence of business models, the evolution of the concept, and key components of the model. In the second chapter, the production and economic activity of PE "LIFT-ZAKHID" and the current business model of the enterprise were analyzed. In the third chapter, a business model for sustainable development of PE "LIFT-ZAKHID" was developed with the integration of three layers of sustainability. Strategic changes in all nine blocks of the business model canvas are proposed. A comparative analysis of the business model canvas was performed: current vs. target. These developments regarding the transformation of the business model in accordance with the goals of sustainable development contain elements of scientific novelty.
