| dc.description.abstract | Метою роботи є теоретичне обґрунтування, комплексна аналітична діагностика та розробка практичних рекомендацій і прикладного інструментарію щодо вдосконалення системи управління імпортною діяльністю ТОВ “БЕК ТД” задля оптимізації витрат на закупівлю, мінімізації зовнішньоекономічних ризиків, підвищення загальної рентабельності та зміцнення конкурентних позицій підприємства на вітчизняному ринку. Об’єкт дослідження виступає процес формування та функціонування системи управління імпортною діяльністю ТОВ “БЕК ТД”. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методологічні засади, прикладні методи, організаційні структури, економічні індикатори, цифрові інструменти та стратегічні важелі вдосконалення й оптимізації управління імпортною діяльністю підприємства в сучасних умовах макроекономічної нестабільності. Пояснювальна записка складається зі вступу, трьох розділів основної частини, висновків і пропозицій, списку використаних джерел і додатків. Робота викладена на 64 сторінках, містить 10 таблиць та 6 рисунків. В ній використано 43 літературних джерел. ABSTRACT The purpose of the work is theoretical justification, comprehensive analytical diagnostics and development of practical recommendations and applied tools for improving the import management system of LLC “BEK TD” in order to optimize procurement costs, minimize foreign economic risks, increase overall profitability and strengthen the competitive position of the enterprise in the domestic market. The object of the study is the process of forming and functioning of the import management system of LLC “BEK TD”. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological principles, applied methods, organizational structures, economic indicators, digital tools and strategic levers for improving and optimizing the management of the enterprise’s import activities in modern conditions of macroeconomic instability. An explanatory message consists of entry, three sections of basic part, conclusions and suggestions, list of the utillized sources and additions. Work is expounded on 64 pages, contains 10 tables and 6 illustrations. It is utillized 43 literary sources.
