Abstract
Метою дослідження є розроблення напрямів удосконалення системи
управління ТзОВ «Лариса» в умовах воєнного стану з метою підвищення
ефективності його діяльності, конкурентоспроможності та фінансової стійкості.
Об’єктом дослідження є система управління малим підприємством в
умовах воєнного стану.
Предметом дослідження є процес удосконалення
управлінських механізмів і структур малого підприємства на прикладі ТзОВ
«Лариса», що діє у сфері оптової торгівлі та будівництва у Львівській області.
Результати дослідження: проаналізовано теоретичні засади управління
малими підприємствами та специфіку їх роботи у воєнний час. Проаналізовано
внутрішнє та зовнішнє середовище ТзОВ «Лариса», оцінено фінансові показники
та конкурентні позиції.
Результати досліджень дозволять ТзОВ «Лариса»
перейти до більш удосконаленої системи управління. Удосконалення
організаційної структури передбачає поступовий перехід від суто лінійної до
функціональної моделі з розподілом обов’язків за напрямами.
Пояснювальна записка складається із трьох розділів, вступу, висновку,
використаної літератури та додатків. Містить 9 таблиць, 5 рисунків та 62
використані інформаційні джерела.

The purpose of the study is to develop directions for improving the management
system of Larisa LLC under martial law in order to increase its efficiency,
competitiveness, and financial stability.
The object of the study is the management system of a small enterprise under
martial law.
The subject of the study is the process of improving the management
mechanisms and structures of a small enterprise using the example of Larisa LLC,
which operates in the field of wholesale trade and construction in the Lviv region.
Research results: the theoretical foundations of small enterprise management
and the specifics of their work in wartime have been analyzed. The internal and external
environment of Larisa LLC has been analyzed, and its financial indicators and
competitive positions have been assessed.
The results of the research will allow Larisa LLC to move to a more sophisticated
management system. Improving the organizational structure involves a gradual
transition from a purely linear to a functional model with the distribution of
responsibilities by area.
The explanatory note consists of three sections: introduction, conclusion,
references, and appendices. It contains 9 tables, 5 figures, and 62 sources of
information.
