Abstract
Метою бакалаврської роботи є дослідження теоретичних і практичних аспектів управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю на
умовах аутсорсингу та розроблення рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності зовнішньоекономічної діяльності ТОВ «Західтранспарк».
Об'єктом дослідження діяльністю підприємства є управління зовнішньоекономічною ТОВ «Західтранспарк», яке займається виробництвом дерев’яної тари та здійснює експорт продукції на міжнародні ринки. У роботі детально розглянуто сутність аутсорсингу, його функції,
принципи та умови застосування в контексті глобалізаційних тенденцій та складності сучасного ринкового середовища. Проведено комплексний аналіз виробничо-господарської діяльності ТОВ «Західтранспарк», виявлено основні проблеми управління ресурсами, фінансами та зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю. Розроблено модель оцінювання ефективності аутсорсингу, проведено економічні розрахунки. Запропоновані послідовні етапи впровадження аутсорсингу забезпечують системність, мінімізацію ризиків і зміцнення партнерських відносин.
Пояснювальна записка складається із трьох розділів, вступу, висновків, використаної літератури, додатків. Містить 19 таблиць, 14 рисунків та 36 використаних джерел.
Abstract
The purpose of the bachelor's thesis is to study the theoretical and practical aspects of managing foreign economic activity under outsourcing arrangements and to develop recommendations for improving the efficiency of the foreign economic activity of LLC «Zakhidtranspark».
The object of the research is the management of foreign economic activity of LLC "Zakhidtranspark," which specializes in the production of wooden
packaging and exports products to international markets.
The study provides a detailed examination of the essence of outsourcing, its functions, principles, and conditions of application in the context of globalization trends and the complexity of the modern market environment. A comprehensive analysis of the production and economic activities of LLC "Zakhidtranspark" is conducted, identifying key issues in resource management, finance, and foreign economic operations. The advantages of outsourcing for enhancing flexibility, reducing operational costs, minimizing risks, and improving process efficiency are revealed. A model for evaluating the effectiveness of outsourcing is developed, and economic calculations are carried out. The proposed sequential stages of
outsourcing implementation ensure systemic management, risk minimization, and strengthening of partnership relations.
The explanatory note consists of three chapters, an introduction, conclusions, references, and appendices. It contains 19 tables, 14 figures, and 36 references.
