    Комплексна КРБ 2.2 Особливості управління бізнес-процесами на підприємстві-суб'єкті ЗЕД (на прикладі ТОВ «ДМЗ "Карпати"»)

    Метою кваліфікаційної роботи бакалавра є теоретико-методичні засади управління бізнес-процесами на підприємстві-суб’єкті зовнішньоекономічної діяльності ТОВ «ДМЗ "Карпати"». Для досягнення мети було вирішено завдання: вивчити теоретичні та методичні засади управління бізнес процесами при здійснення зовнішньоекономічної діяльності; подати загальну характеристику ТОВ «ДМЗ "Карпати"» та визначити позиції на ринку; проаналізувати стан і динаміку майна, джерел забезпечення, ділову активність та фінансовий стан ТОВ «ДМЗ "Карпати"»; оцінити ефективність діяльності ТОВ «ДМЗ "Карпати"» в цілому та бізнес-процесів зокрема; визначити сильні та слабкі сторони діяльності ТОВ «ДМЗ "Карпати"»;запропонувати напрями та шляхи удосконалення управління бізнес-процесами на діяльності ТОВ «ДМЗ "Карпати"». Об’єктом дослідження є ТОВ «ДМЗ "Карпати"». Предметом дослідження є управління бізнес-процесами ТОВ «ДМЗ "Карпати"» як суб’єкта зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Пояснювальна записка складається із трьох розділів, вступу, висновків, використаної літератури, додатків та містить 23 таблиці, 10 рисунків та 30 джерел використаної літератури. RESUME The purpose of the bachelor's qualification thesis is to investigate the theoretical and methodological foundations of business process management at a foreign economic activity enterprise, namely LLC "DMZ Karpaty". To achieve this goal, the following objectives were accomplished: to study the theoretical and methodological principles of business process management in foreign economic activity; to provide a general characterization of LLC "DMZ Karpaty" and determine its market position; to analyze the structure and dynamics of assets, sources of financing, business activity, and financial condition of the enterprise; to assess the overall performance of LLC "DMZ Karpaty" and the efficiency of its business processes; to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise's operations; and to propose directions and measures for improving business process management at LLC "DMZ Karpaty". The object of the research is LLC "DMZ Karpaty". The subject of the research is the business process management system of LLC "DMZ Karpaty" as a participant in foreign economic activity. The explanatory note consists of three chapters, an introduction, conclusions, a list of references, and appendices. The thesis contains 23 tables, 10 figures, and 30 references.
