    Розроблення механізму управління зв'язками з постачальниками (за матеріалами ТОВ «Левітрейд»

    Метою кваліфікаційної дипломної роботи магістра є розробка шляхів удосконалення механізму управління зв’язками з постачальниками торговельного підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження є механізм управління зв’язками з постачальниками ТОВ «Левітрейд» Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні засади формування механізму управління зв’язками з постачальниками ТОВ «Левітрейд». Для досягнення мети дослідження необхідно було вирішити наступні завдання: вивчити теоретичні та методичні засади управління зв’язками з постачальниками; подати загальну характеристику ТОВ «Левітрейд» та визначити позиції на ринку; проаналізувати стан і динаміку майна, джерел забезпечення та фінансовий стан ТОВ «Левітрейд»; дослідити ринок та співпрацю з іноземними постачальниками для ТОВ «Левітрейд»; розробити пропозиції щодо удосконалення управління співпрацею з іноземними постачальниками враховуючи умови невизначеності; сформувати основні напрями подальшого розвитку для ТОВ «Левітрейд». Пояснювальна записка до дипломної роботи магістра розташована на 54 сторінках, містить 15 таблиць, 5 рисунків та 30 використаних джерел. Ключові слова: управління зв’язками з постачальниками, SRM-система, імпорто-орієнтоване підприємство , співпраця з іноземними контрагентами The purpose of the Master Thesis is to develop ways to improve the mechanism for managing relations with suppliers of a trading enterprise. The object of the study is the mechanism for managing relations with suppliers of LLC "Levitrade" The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological principles of forming the mechanism for managing relations with suppliers of LLC "Levitrade". To achieve the purpose of the study, it was necessary to solve the following tasks: to study the theoretical and methodological principles of managing relations with suppliers; to present a general characteristic of LLC "Levitrade" and determine its position in the market; to analyze the state and dynamics of property, sources of support and financial condition of LLC "Levitrade"; to study the market and cooperation with foreign suppliers for LLC "Levitrade"; to develop proposals for improving the management of cooperation with foreign suppliers, taking into account the conditions of uncertainty; to form the main directions of further development for LLC"Levitrade". The explanatory note to the master's thesis is located on 54 pages, contains 15 tables, 5 figures and 30 used sources.
