    УПРАВЛІННЯ ЯКІСТЮ ПРОДУКЦІЇ ТзОВ «ІНСТАЛПЛАСТ

    Метою дипломної роботи є формування системи управління якістю на промисловому підприємстві та розроблення рекомендації щодо її успішної реалізації. Об’єкт дослідження – ТзОВ «ІНСТАЛПЛАСТ». Загальнонаукові методи дослідження: узагальнення, абстрагування, аналіз, синтез, порівняння, системний підхід, цикл «Плануй–Виконуй–Перевіряй–Дій». У першому розділі досліджено теоретико-методичні аспекти побудови системи управління якістю (СУЯ) на підприємстві відповідно до міжнародних стандартів ISO 9000 та ISO 9001. У другому розділі проаналізовано основні економічні показники діяльності ТзОВ «ІНСТАЛПЛАСТ» та запропоновано застосування циклу «Плануй Виконуй–Перевіряй–Дій» в СУЯ промислового підприємства. У третьому розділі розроблено план аудиту СУЯ об’єкту дослідження, обґрунтовано доцільність удосконалення СУЯ ТзОВ «ІНСТАЛПЛАСТ», описано основні етапи бенчмаркінгу та запропоновано методологію Lean концепції ощадливого виробництва для підвищення ефективності функціонування промислового підприємства. Дипломна робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаної літератури та додатків. The purpose of master thesis is to develop a quality management system for an industrial enterprise and to formulate recommendations for its successful implementation in practise. The «INSTALPLAST LLC» is case study. Scientific research methods are generalisation, abstraction, analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematic approach, «Plan-Do-Check-Act» cycle. The first chapter examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of formulation a quality management system (QMS) at an enterprise according to international standards ISO 9000 and ISO 9001. The second chapter analyses the main economic indicators of «INSTALPLAST LLC» activities and proposes the application of the «Plan–Do–Check–Act» cycle in the QMS of an industrial enterprise. The third chapter develops an audit plan for the QMS of the case study, justifies the feasibility of improving the QMS of «INSTALPLAST LLC», describes the main stages of benchmarking, and proposes a methodology of Lean production to improve the efficiency of an industrial enterprise. The master thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, references and appendices. The thesis contains 5 tables, 10 figures and 39 references.
