    Вплив регуляторів росту на вегетативне розмноження декоративних рослин в умовах філії Бродівське лісове господарство ДП "Ліси України"

    У кваліфікаційній роботі магістра викладено результати експериментальних досліджень по впливу регуляторів росту на процес укорінення живців різних декоративних рослин, зокрема хвойних та листяних. Також наведено біолого-екологічну характеристику та генетичний поліморфізм досліджуваних видів. Встановлено вплив концентрації речовин-укорінювачів та терміну проведення живцювання на успішність укорінення живців. Проаналізовано, узагальнено та подано отримані результати вегетативного розмноження живцюванням декоративних рослин в умовах підприємства. The master's qualification work presents the results of experimental studies on the influence of growth regulators on the process of rooting cuttings of various ornamental plants, in particular conifers and deciduous ones. The biological and ecological characteristics and genetic polymorphism of the studied species are also given. The influence of the concentration of rooting substances and the time of grafting on the success of rooting of cuttings was determined. The obtained results of vegetative reproduction by cuttings of ornamental plants in the conditions of the enterprise are analyzed, summarized and presented.
