    Формування системи управління на ПП «Оліяр» з урахуванням зовнішньоекономічної діяльності

    Метою роботи є розробка теоретичних та методичних основ формування системи управління переробних зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. підприємств з урахуванням Для досягнення мети було поставлено ряд завдань: вивчити теоретичні та методичні засади формування системи управління на переробних підприємствах; дослідити фінансово-економічну, зовнішньоекономічну діяльність та системи управління ПП «Оліяр»; сформувати пропозиції удосконалення системи управління на ПП «Оліяр» з урахування ЗЕД. Об’єктом дослідження є ПП «Оліяр». Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та методичні основи формування системи управління ПП «Оліяр» з урахуванням особливостей ЗЕД. Пояснювальна записка складається із трьох розділів, вступу, висновків використаної літератури, додатків та містить 15 таблиць, 4 рисунки та 28 джерел використаної літератури. Ключові слова: система управління, зовнішньоекономічна діяльність, переробні підприємства, ринки збуту олії. The purpose of the Thesis is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of a management system for processing enterprises, taking into account foreign economic activity. To achieve the goal, a number of tasks were set: to study the theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of a management system at processing enterprises; to investigate the financial and economic, foreign economic activity and management systems of PE "Oliyar"; to formulate proposals for improving the management system at PE "Oliyar" taking into account foreign economic activity. The object of the study is PE "Oliyar". The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of a management system for PE "Oliyar" taking into account the peculiarities of foreign economic activity. The explanatory note consists of three sections, an introduction, conclusions of the used literature, appendices and contains 15 tables, 4 figures and 28 sources of the used literature.
