    «Удосконалення системи операційного менеджменту (за матеріалами ТОВ«ГАЛМЕТАЛЦИНК»)»

    У бакалаврській роботі досліджено удосконалення системи операційного менеджменту підприємства (на матеріалах ТОВ «ГАЛМЕТАЛЦИНК»). У роботі розглянуто теоретико-методичні основи операційного менеджменту, визначено основні підходи до управління операційною діяльністю та охарактеризовано специфіку функціонування підприємств у сфері антикорозійного захисту металів. Проаналізовано сучасний стан та тенденції розвитку вітчизняного і світового ринку металопродукції, досліджено діяльність ТОВ «ГАЛМЕТАЛЦИНК» та оцінено ефективність його операційної системи. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення операційного менеджменту підприємства, зокрема реалізацію інвестиційного проєкту модернізації операційної системи, розширення ринкової ніші та впровадження сертифікації відповідно до стандартів «Зеленого курсу». ABSTRACT The bachelor's thesis examines the improvement of the operational management system of an enterprise (based on the materials of LLC “HALMETALTSYNK”). The paper considers the theoretical and methodological foundations of operational management, identifies the main approaches to managing operational activities, and characterizes the specifics of enterprises operating in the field of anti-corrosion metal protection. The current state and development trends of the domestic and global metal products market are analyzed. The activities of LLC “HALMETALTSYNK” are studied and the efficiency of its operational system is evaluated. The study proposes directions for improving the operational management system, including the implementation of an investment project for modernization, expansion of market niches, and certification in accordance with “Green Deal” standards.
