    Метою роботи є дослідження напрямків управління конкурентною стратегією ПрАТ «Моршинський завод мінеральних вод «Оскар» з метою підвищення її конкурентоспроможності на ринку. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління конкурентною стратегією ПрАТ «Моршинський завод мінеральних вод «Оскар». Предметом дослідження є конкурентна стратегія ПрАТ «Моршинський завод мінеральних вод «Оскар» конкурентоспроможності підприємства. як основа забезпечення Пояснювальна записка складається зі вступу, трьох розділів основної частини, висновків і пропозицій, списку використаних джерел і додатків. Робота викладена на 47 сторінках, містить 10 таблиць та 15 рисунків. В ній використано 30 літературних джерел. ABSTRACT The purpose of the work is to study the areas of competitive strategy management of PrJSC “Morshyn Mineral Water Plant “Oscar” in order to increase its competitiveness in the market. The object of the study is the process of competitive strategy management of PrJSC “Morshyn Mineral Water Plant “Oscar”. The subject of the study is the competitive strategy of PrJSC “Morshyn Mineral Water Plant “Oscar” as the basis for ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise. An explanatory message consists of entry, three sections of basic part, conclusions and suggestions, list of the utillized sources and additions. Work is expounded on 47 pages, contains 10 tables and 15 illustrations. It is utillized 30 literary sources.
