    Метою даної дипломної роботи є аналіз діяльності ТОВ «БЕРТА ХОРЕКА» удосконалення механізмів управління збутовою діяльністю цього підприємства. В магістерській роботі розглянуто проблеми діяльності ТОВ «БЕРТА ХОРЕКА» та визначено механізми управління збутовою діяльністю цього підприємства. Предметом дипломної роботи є механізми управління збутовою діяльністю. підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження є формування механізмів управління збутовою діяльністю ТОВ «БЕРТА ХОРЕКА». Робота складається з трьох розділів, які загалом складають 43 сторінок і включають 7 таблиць та 6 рисунків. Ключові слова: механізми управління збутовою діяльністю, збутова політика, ринок кондитерських виробів, канали збуту продукції, прибутковість та ефективність підприємства. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the activities of LLC "BERTA HORECA" and improve the mechanisms for managing the sales activities of this enterprise. The master's thesis examines the problems of the activities of LLC "BERTA HORECA" and identifies the mechanisms for managing the sales activities of this enterprise. The subject of the thesis is the mechanisms for managing the sales activities of the enterprise. The object of the study is the formation of mechanisms for managing the sales activities of LLC "BERTA HORECA". The work consists of three sections, which total 43 pages and include 7 tables and 6 figures. Keywords: sales management mechanisms, sales policy, confectionery market, product sales channels, profitability and efficiency of the enterprise.
