    Удосконалення системи управління зв'язками з постачальниками ТОВ «Левітрейд»

    Метою кваліфікаційної дипломної роботи магістра є удосконалення оцінювання управління зв’язками з іноземними постачальниками. Об’єктом дослідження є управління зв’язками з постачальниками ТОВ «Левітрейд» Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні засади управління зв’язками з постачальниками ТОВ «Левітрейд». Для досягнення мети дослідження необхідно було вирішити наступні завдання: вивчити теоретичні та методичні засади управління зв’язками з постачальниками; подати загальну характеристику ТОВ «Левітрейд» та визначити позиції на ринку; проаналізувати стан і динаміку майна, джерел забезпечення та фінансовий стан ТОВ «Левітрейд»; дослідити ринок та співпрацю з іноземними постачальниками для ТОВ «Левітрейд»; розробити пропозиції щодо удосконалення управління співпрацею з іноземними постачальниками враховуючи умови невизначеності; сформувати основні напрями подальшого розвитку для ТОВ «Левітрейд». Пояснювальна записка до дипломної роботи магістра розташована на 55 сторінках, містить 15 таблиць, 8 рисунків та 30 використаних джерел. Ключові слова: управління зв’язками з постачальниками, SRM-система, імпорто-орієнтоване підприємство , співпраця з іноземними контрагентами The purpose of the Master Thesis is to improve the assessment of the supplier relationship management with foreign counterparts . The object of the study is supplier relationship management of LLC "Levitrade" The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological principles of the supplier relationship management of LLC "Levitrade". To achieve the goal of the study, it was necessary to solve the following tasks: to study the theoretical and methodological principles of the management of relations with suppliers; to present a general description of LLC "Levitrade" and determine its position in the market; to analyze the state and dynamics of property, sources of support and financial condition of LLC "Levitrade"; to study the market and cooperation with foreign suppliers for LLC "Levitrade"; to develop proposals for improving the management of cooperation with foreign suppliers, taking into account the conditions of uncertainty; to form the main directions of further development for LLC"Levitrade". The explanatory note to the master's thesis is located on 55 pages, contains 15 tables, 8 figures and 30 sources used.
