    Удосконалення системи фінансового менеджменту торговельного підприємства (за матеріалами ТОВ «Левітрейд»)

    Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є теоретичне обґрунтування та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення системи фінансового менеджменту торговельного підприємства в умовах нестабільного ринкового середовища. Об’єктом дослідження є фінансово-господарська діяльність торговельного підприємства. Предметом дослідження є система фінансового менеджменту ТОВ «Левітрейд» та сукупність фінансових відносин, що виникають у процесі формування й використання фінансових ресурсів. У першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні та методичні засади фінансового менеджменту торговельного підприємства, його цілі, завдання, принципи та інструменти, а також методи оцінювання фінансового стану й результатів діяльності. У другому розділі проведено аналіз фінансово-економічного стану та системи фінансового менеджменту ТОВ «Левітрейд» на основі фінансової звітності за 2020–2024 рр., визначено основні тенденції, проблеми та фінансові ризики діяльності підприємства. У третьому розділі обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення фінансового менеджменту підприємства, зокрема в частині управління оборотним капіталом, ліквідністю, структурою капіталу, бюджетуванням і фінансовими ризиками з метою підвищення фінансової стійкості та ефективності діяльності. The aim of the Master Thesis is to provide a theoretical justification and develop practical recommendations for improving the financial management system of a trading enterprise under conditions of an unstable market environment. The object of the research is the financial and economic activity of a trading enterprise. The subject of the research is the financial management system of LLC «Levitrade» and the set of financial relations arising in the process of formation and use of financial resources. The first chapter examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of financial management of a trading enterprise, its goals, objectives, principles, and tools, as well as methods for assessing financial condition and performance results. The second chapter analyzes the financial and economic condition and the financial management system of LLC «Levitrade» based on financial statements for 2020–2024, identifying key trends, problems, and financial risks of the enterprise’s operations. The third chapter substantiates directions for improving the financial management system of the enterprise, particularly in the areas of working capital management, liquidity, capital structure, budgeting, and financial risk management in order to enhance financial stability and operational efficiency.
