Мета роботи: розроблення комплексних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення системи управління використанням деревних лісових ресурсів ОКС ЛГП «Галсільліс» для забезпечення сталого лісогосподарювання. Результати дослідження: проаналізовано теоретичні засади використанням деревних лісових ресурсів, досліджено фактичний стан і потенційні можливості управління використанням деревних лісових ресурсів ОКС ЛГП «Галсільліс». Результати досліджень дозволять ОКС ЛГП «Галсільліс» перейти від адміністративного управління використанням деревних лісових до сталого лісокористування на засадах зеленої економіки. Це передбачає переорієнтацію управлінського циклу на диверсифікацію виробництва, оптимізацію балансу використання сировини (зокрема, низькосортної та дрібнотоварної деревини) та залучення зовнішнього фінансування й грантової підтримки. ABSTRACT Subject of the study: the process of managing the use of wood forest resources in forestry enterprises of Ukraine. Objective of the work: to develop comprehensive recommendations for improving the system of managing the use of wood forest resources at the Galsillis State Forestry Enterprise to ensure sustainable forestry. Research results: the theoretical foundations of the use of wood forest resources were analyzed; the current state and potential opportunities for managing the use of wood forest resources at the Galsillis Forestry Enterprise were investigated. The research results will enable the Galsillis State Forestry Enterprise to transition from administrative management of timber resources to sustainable forest use based on the principles of the green economy. This involves reorienting the management cycle toward production diversification, optimizing the balance of raw material use (particularly low-grade and small-diameter timber), and attracting external financing and grant support.
