Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні аспекти управління використанням виробничого потенціалу підприємства в умовах ризику. У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти управління виробничим потенціалом підприємства в сучасних умовах господарювання. Розглянуто економічну сутність виробничого потенціалу, його складові елементи, фактори формування та особливості використання на підприємстві. Узагальнено сучасні підходи до оцінювання ефективності управління виробничим потенціалом та визначено його роль у забезпеченні конкурентоспроможності суб’єкта господарювання. Проведено аналіз організаційно-економічної діяльності ТОВ «Проектінвестбуд-КСД», досліджено стан та ефективність використання виробничого потенціалу підприємства. Оцінено забезпеченість підприємства матеріальними, трудовими та технічними ресурсами, виявлено основні проблеми та резерви підвищення ефективності їх використання. На основі результатів дослідження обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення системи управління виробничим потенціалом ТОВ «Проектінвестбуд-КСД». Запропоновано комплекс заходів, спрямованих на підвищення ефективності використання виробничих ресурсів, удосконалення процесів планування та контролю, оптимізацію структури виробничого потенціалу та зміцнення конкурентних позицій підприємства. The qualification thesis examines the theoretical and practical aspects of managing the production potential of an enterprise under modern business conditions. The economic essence of production potential, its structural elements, formation factors, and specific features of its utilization at the enterprise are considered. Modern approaches to assessing the effectiveness of production potential management are summarized, and its role in ensuring the competitiveness of a business entity is determined. An analysis of the organizational and economic activities of LLC “Proektinvestbud-KSD” was conducted, and the state and efficiency of the enterprise’s production potential utilization were investigated. The provision of material, labor, and technical resources was assessed, and the main problems and reserves for increasing the efficiency of their use were identified. Based on the research results, directions for improving the production potential management system of LLC “Proektinvestbud-KSD” were substantiated. A set of measures aimed at increasing the efficiency of production resource utilization, improving planning and control processes, optimizing the structure of production potential, and strengthening the competitive position of the enterprise was proposed. The economic efficiency of the proposed measures and the prospects for their practical implementation were determined.
