Мета роботи: розроблення теоретичних засад і практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення системи операційного менеджменту ТОВ «Проектінвестбуд-КСД» з урахуванням сучасних принципів управління, цифрових технологій та вимог конкурентного середовища. Результати дослідження: проаналізовано теоретичні засади проєктного менеджменту, досліджено фактичний стан і потенційні можливості удосконалення проєктного менеджменту ТОВ «Проектінвестбуд-КСД» в умовах ризиків та невизначеності воєнного стану. Результати досліджень дозволять ТОВ «Проектінвестбуд-КСД» перейти від адміністративного управління виробничим капіталом до сучасних адаптивних методів операційного менеджменту. Це передбачає мобілізаційне залучення сучасного обладнання, міграцію проєктного контуру в онлайн-екосистеми з оплатою послуг за фактом тривалості використання сервісів, перехід на прямі договори «день-у-день» із виробниками базової будівельної сировини та матеріалів, трансформацію системи оплати праці персоналу. ABSTRACT Subject of research: the operational management system of a design and construction company. Objective of the work: to develop theoretical foundations and practical recommendations for improving the operational management system of Proektinvestbud-KSD LLC, taking into account modern management principles, digital technologies, and the requirements of a competitive environment. Research results: the theoretical foundations of project management were analyzed; the current state and potential for improving project management at Proektinvestbud-KSD LLC were examined in the context of the risks and uncertainties of martial law. The research findings will enable Proektinvestbud-KSD LLC to transition from administrative management of production capital to modern adaptive methods of operational management. This involves the mobilization of modern equipment, the migration of the project workflow to online ecosystems with payment for services based on actual usage duration, the transition to direct “day-to-day” contracts with manufacturers of basic construction raw materials and supplies, and the transformation of the personnel compensation system.
